Police Blotter for March 31, 2016
The following items were compiled from the Anchorage Police Department call logs for the week of March 21 to 26 for the Chugiak-Eagle River area.
Burglary: Unknown suspects broke through the window of a coffee shop and then broke the door of the business on the 13000 block of Old Glenn Highway.
Burglary: Caller reported businesses next to one another were broken into over the weekend. The businesses are located in the 12800 block of Old Glenn Highway.
Vandalism: Unknown suspects tampered with the phone lines at Brooks Lodge in an attempt to disable the alarm system.
Theft: Caller reported trying to steal parts off of vehicles at New Market and Old Glenn Highway.
Assault: Officers responded to a family dispute in the 16100 block of Old Glenn Highway.
Assault: Officers responded to a family dispute in the 11400 block of Borealis.
Indecent exposure: A school resource officer reported a student related incident.
Theft: Caller reported that jewelry from their home was taken by someone who had permission to be in the home on the 24500 block of Park in Chugiak.
Burglary: Unknown suspects stole a generator from a shed on the 14900 block of Lake Ridge.
Theft: Caller reported that a Taser had been taken from their home by someone who had permission to be in the home on the 16800 block of Corronado.
