On Sunday, Jan. 1 at around 10:23 a.m., Anchorage police received a report from a man who said a car was parked in front of his home on Breckenridge Drive. Henry, 49, of Anchorage for DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

On Monday, Dec. 26, a light trailer/generator that had been rented from United Rentals was stolen from the ACF Church in Anchorage. The generator was equipped with a GPS tracker and at around 9 p.m., officers found the equipment in an abandoned lot on Bernard Drive. No suspects have been identified.

On Monday, Dec. 26, at around 8 p.m., APD responded to a report of an occupied vehicle in distress on Lake Hill Drive. Police contacted the driver, Matthew W. Phillips, 25, of Anchorage, and took him into custody for an outstanding warrant.

On Saturday, Dec. 31 at 2:26 a.m., Anchorage police contacted Catherine L. Coble, 24, of Eagle River, after she was reported to be drinking and driving. Officers conducted field sobriety tests and decided not to arrest Coble for DUI. However, she was taken into custody on an unrelated warrant.

On Saturday, Dec. 31 at around 11:57 p.m., Alaska State Troopers in the Mat-Su arrested Jessica M. Dolstad, 21, of Anchorage, for an outstanding warrant. Dolstad was transported to the Old Glenn Highway (Palmer Alternate), where an APD officer picked her up and took her to the Anchorage Jail.
