Mirror Lake student arrested after “written threat” found on bathroom wall
A student at Mirror Lake Middle School was arrested Thursday after police said a threatening message was found in a bathroom at the school.
“Through the investigation the staff and SRO were able to identify the student suspect; she was questioned and arrested,” police wrote.
Police did not say what the threat said but did note no weapons were found, but did say the threat was “directed at the school for Friday.”
This is the second incident of a threat at the middle school in the past three weeks. On March 25, police investigated a “non-specific threat” posted by a student on social media.
