Chugiak and Eagle River will get their kicks Saturday, April 27, in a pair of Railbelt Conference soccer matches at Ed Blahous Field in Chugiak.

The girls match will be at 3 p.m., with the boys to follow.

In addition to the matches, the event will include music, free T-shirts at halftime and more.

“This is a great chance for the community to come together and watch our young talented athletes from both schools compete,” wrote Chugiak assistant Chris Dimmick in an email about the event.

The Chugiak girls and boys each enter the game with 0-1 records in the Railbelt; the Eagle River girls are also 0-1 while the Eagle River boys are 0-2.
