Eagle River’s Ariel Talen-Keller, Mrs. Alaska United America and founder of Aero Femme nonprofit organization and scholarship fund, was invited as a keynote speaker to the Women in Aviation International conference in Nashville, Tenn. March 14-16. She spoke about the nonprofit she founded in 2010 and has detachments across the nation. Nancy Clark is the new manager of the Chugiak-Eagle River Neighborhood Library. A lifelong Alaskan, Clark has worked in a number of libraries in the state since receiving her MLS from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1991.
