Anchorage police made several drug-related arrests at the end of November and beginning of December, two of them involving heroin.

Anchorage police said they arrested a 46-year-old man from Anchorage on charges of aggressive panhandling and indecent exposure after he approached a customer at the Brown Jug in Eagle River at about 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 24. The customer told police that Dominic Debonneville came up to him while he sat in his vehicle and demanded money, according to a report summary provided by police spokesman Lt. Dave Parker. When the customer refused, Debonneville “started demanding transportation and pulled down his pants exposing his penis,” the report said. Debonneville is on probation, apparently for a sexual assault case in which he pleaded guilty to evidence tampering, according to a state courts database. He was taken to Anchorage Jail on $2,000 bail.

Anchorage police said they cited and released a 17-year-old student at Chugiak High School on Nov. 21 after a random vehicle search revealed he had brought marijuana, two pipes, a scale, a BB gun and tobacco to school. The student was released to a parent.
