Four men have been charged with kidnapping and repeatedly raping a 17-year-old homeless girl at an apartment in Eagle River. According to APD, the four allegedly forced the girl to drink alcohol and took turns assaulting her at an apartment above the Eagle River Liquor Store in March.

Early on the morning of April 2, Mulcahy was notified that some his signs around the Eagle River area had been vandalized.
