Join Alaska Public Media, Fresh 49 and Alaska Grown to celebrate Alaska’s fall bounty at The Sustainable Chefs Dinner on Saturday, September 28 at 6 p.m. at the Alaska Native Heritage Center.
Meet your favorite Alaskan chefs from restaurants including Crush Wine Bistro, Spenard Roadhouse, Bear Tooth, and Chinook’s Restaurant of Seward as they highlight local Alaskan Grown produce in their dishes. Sample delicious beverages from local breweries such as Midnight Sun Brewing Company and Celestial Meads, and wine from Crush Wine Bistro, while you enjoy music from The Carhartt Brothers.
