WHOOOO’S THERE? OWLS IN ALASKA

Since owls are active at night, many people haven't ever seen an owl up close, but here’s your chance. Meet Archimedes the Great-horned owl, a live education bird. Ginamaria Smith will present Archimedes and share information about what makes owls unique, why they’re incredible hunters, and which types you can find here in Alaska. Cameras are encouraged! 2pm. Free parking; $5 parking for non-members.
