Friday Loaf
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup coarse nut meats
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon sage, thyme and cloves
¼ cup milk
1 egg
Mix well. Bake in loaf pan about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tomato sauce, catsup or a cheese sauce.
