Cabbage Rolls with Moose

Ground one pound of moose or sheep meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Add chopped pepper and one small onion. Pack together in a ball with leftover rice, breadcrumbs or enough flour to hold the mixture together. Wrap each in a cabbage leaf and pin together with a toothpick. Drop into boiling water and cook 20 minutes or until meat is done. Makes six cabbage rolls.
