Myra Nauman celebration planned

A celebration of life for Chugiak’s Myra Nauman will be held Saturday, May 25 at her home at 22012 Blair Avenue. Mrs. Nauman died Nov. 6, 2012 of complications from Hodgkins Lynmphoma and sarcoidosis. She was 72.

Mrs. Nauman was born Sept. 26, 1939 in Roanoke, Ill. To Ruth and Clyde McDaniel.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jon Nauman; daughters, Jodi Nauman Hughes and Janus Nauman Reyes and several “grand dogs” and “grand cats”; step sister, Pat Jones; and her brother, Dr. Richard McDaniel; as well as Marlin and Darrel Trotter.

“Come join us Saturday, May 25 at the home of the Gentle Giants in Birchwood (22012 Blair Avenue) for Myra’s Celebration of Life,” wrote the family. “Meet her out of state family and remember Myra. There will be food and horse carriage rides from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. RSVP to 688-6005.”
