Cranberry Salad Mold
Recipes from our local residents — some present, some that have passed on.
From the Knik Arm Courier in 1960. Submitted by Esther Hull.
1 package lemon gelatin
1 ½ cups hot water
1 cup chilled cranberry sauce, cubed
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped apple
¼ cup chopped nuts
DISSOLVE gelatin in hot water and chill until mixture begins to set
ADD cubed cranberry sauce, celery, apples and nuts
POUR into mold and chill until firm
