Good morning. My name is Thysen G. I am a fifth-grade student at West Ridge Elementary School in Harlan, Iowa. My class is studying geography and history of the United States. I was happy to choose Alaska for my state. I'm interested in Alaska wildlife. I would appreciate it if you would send me a souvenir, brochure and information on your landmarks to learn more about my state. Mr teacher, Mrs. Newlin, would like a car license plate, if possible. I am in seventh grade at Queen of Peace School in Mishawaka, Ind. We are reading "A Walk Across America" in literature. We have to research and do a project on a state. I chose Alaska.
