Curried Peas

Velma was a Providence Hospital nurse living at Mile 21.5 in Chugiak.


1 303 can of peas (2 cups)

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup cashew nuts


Melt butter in pan. Add curry powder, then nuts and mix well. Add peas and heat mixture to serve. A great way to dress up a can of peas!
