Vote Demboski April 2
I am always shocked at how low the voter turn out is for municipal elections, especially since these are the elections that we, as Alaskan voters, have the most control over. (Come on, the national elections are already called before our polls even close.) There are some big issues facing our community right now that will affect our families for years to come! Things like land use, contracts for city workers and how and where to distribute tax-payer dollars. I want someone on the Assembly who is looking out for me and my family. Someone who knows our community, who loves our community, and who has a future generation here to take care of as well.
Amy Demboski is that candidate. She is a home-grown Chugiak/Eagle River girl. She graduated from Chugiak and got a Bachelor’s degree in Justice from UAA. She has worked tirelessly on local community councils. Amy and her husband Ben are raising their family here in Chugiak, and all of her children are currently attending local area schools.
Amy is down to earth and friendly. I have never known her to be anything but a team player. She wants what is best for this community. Amy has started two succesful businesses and has a Master’s Degree in Finance. Amy will stand for responsible government, helping to meet our current needs while thinking about the needs of the next generation.
Please join me in Voting for Amy Demboski for Assembly on Tuesday, April 2.
