1 lb. mooseburger

1 tablespoon oil

2 beef bouillon cubes

2 stalks of celery

2 large carrots

2 potatoes, cubed

1 (#2) can tomatoes

½ cup diced onion

½ cup frozen corn

½ cup frozen beans

1/3 cup frozen peas

1 cup egg noodles

1 cup chopped cabbage

1 tablespoon parsley

salt and pepper


Brown mooseburger in 1 tbs. oil. Drain juices from browned meat. Sprinkle bouillon over meat and add one quart of hot water. Add onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, parsley and celery tops. Simmer ½ hour. Add diced celery, carrots and potatoes. Simmer another ½ hour. Add remaining ingredients and cook until noodles are tender.
