Recipe printed in Ruralite magazine in June 1976.
1 ½ cups flaked cooked halibut or other white fish
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
¼ cup finely chopped stuffed olives (can use sweet relish)
Salt, pepper and grated onion to taste
Potato chips or crackers
Combine all ingredients except chips or crackers. Blend well and chill. Service in dip bowl surrounded by potato chips or crackers.
Makes 1 pint.
