Seven local students recently completed their studies in one or more of the Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program’s (ANSEP) 2013 summer components. Those students include Andre White (summer bridge, computer build), Nathan Vincent (acceleration academy), Solomon Klein (acceleration academy, computer build), Noah Faso-Formoso (middle school academy), Zachariah Fletcher (middle school academy), Elizabeth Tomter (middle school academy) and Malik Allen (computer build).

Founded in 1995, ANSEP was designed to put Alaskan students on an accelerated path toward careers in math, science and engineering.
