Pine ona split salad

Recipe submitted to the Chugiak Elementary PTA cookbook by Marlene Sikes.


Split one banana lengthwise. Dip in pineapple juice. Lay on crisp lettuce leaves and top with two or three spoonfuls of cottage cheese. Arrange six to eight pineapple chunks over and around.

Served with or without mayonnaise.
