\n Ten pre-registered pre-schoolers ages 3-5 and parents can join the Knee-High Naturalist Program at the Eagle River Center for a pro gram of guided nature exploration\; programs meet every Thursday in Octobe r..  Dress for the outdoors\, and bring a snack or lunch to join fellow Kn eehighs after the program.  Crafts and toys are available during the half- hour before the program starts.  Limited to 10 children (minimum of 5\; no walk-ins allowed).
