POLICE BRIEFS: Man allegedly exposes himself to teen in Eagle River parking lot

On Nov. 17 at around 3:30 p.m., police received a report of a man exposing himself to a teen girl in the Salvation Army parking lot. According to police, the girl was sitting in a parked car waiting for her mother to return. The girl reported a man standing on the sidewalk looked at her, pulled out his penis, and walked away. APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad said the man was described as a while male in his mid 60s.
On Nov. 26 at around 3:20 a.m., a citizen called police to report a gold Subaru was unable to maintain its lane. Officers arrived and found the vehicle, which police said had stopped after bumping a guardrail. The driver, Casey A. Volk, 26, of Eagle River, was arrested for operating under the influence.
On Nov. 25 at around 4:11 a.m., an APD officer allegedly watched a Hyundai Sonata weaving across lanes on the Glenn Highway and driving 38 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. The driver, June Estrada, 43, of Eagle River, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
On Nov. 25 at around 12:40 a.m., police were called about a Ford Escape that was weaving across the road and went into a ditch. Officers arrived and found the vehicle in the ditch near the North Peters Creek exit off the Glenn Highway. The driver, Allease A. Riddle, 20, of Chugiak, was arrested for operating under the influence. Neither Riddle nor her passenger — who police said was also intoxicated — were injured when the vehicle went into the ditch.
On Nov. 24 at around 7 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Amonson Road for an alleged fight between a boyfriend and girlfriend. Police said the two had been drinking and got into a fight, during which Josette E. Pulliam, 45, of Chugiak, allegedly punched her boyfriend in the face several times, breaking his glasses and leaving several bloody scratches. Pulliam was arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief.
On Nov. 23 at around 9:14 p.m., police were called about a vehicle weaving on the Glenn Highway. Officers pulled over the vehicle near the intersection of Boniface and Caribou in Anchorage and arrested Scott G. Myers, 54, of Anchorage, for operating under the influence.
On Nov. 18 at around 3:10 a.m., police received a report of a driver slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle parked in the McDonald’s drive-thru. Upon arrival, police said they found Zackery S. Stark, 27, of Anchorage, passed out in the front seat of a pick-up truck. Officers pounded on the windows, but were unable to rouse Stark until opening a door. Stark was arrested for operating under the influence.
On Nov. 18, a woman reported her vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot at her apartment complex. Eight days later, police found the unoccupied vehicle in an alleyway in Mountain View.
On Nov. 17 at around 8 p.m., police were called to a location on the Old Glenn Highway for a report that a juvenile had punched his father several times during an argument. The juvenile was charged with fourth-degree assault.
