Illegal tint leads to DUI arrest

Anchorage police stopped Ray Williams, 39, of Eagle River at 12:49 a.m. March 28 on North Eagle River Road for darkly tinted windows. The traffic stop turned into a driving under the influence arrest. He was remanded to the Anchorage Jail and bail was set at $2,500.
