Anchorage's running trails garners national kudos

“The (Tony Knowles) Coastal Trail is one of the most scenic and popular spots for running in Anchorage; on a clear day, you can even see Mount McKinley.”

That's one of the highlights about Anchorage in the June issue of the world's leading running magazine, ÔRunner's World.' Based on tips from Anchorage Running Club's Mike Halco, the profile also notes that Anchorage has more than 120 miles of paved trails. The article plugs several Anchorage establishments for post-running recovery.
