Kristen King
Eagle River High School junior Kristen King, 17 years old, was named the Carl's Jr. Athlete of the Week following her third-place finish during the season-opening Bartlett Invitational 5K cross-country race Saturday. King, a lifelong Eagle River resident, was the top Cook Inlet Conference finisher in 20 minutes, 6.5 seconds. Kristen is the daughter of Michael and Clare King.
