What do I do if my check was lost?

Contact the Permanent Fund Dividend Division or call the toll-free number at 1-800-733-8813 to place a stop payment on the check. After the stop payment paperwork is processed, a new check will be reissued to the address on file.

What do I do if I have a check that is over 6 months old (stale dated)?

Contact the Permanent Fund Dividend Division or call our toll-free number at 1-800-733-8813 for assistance. A check will be reissued to the address on file.

What if my check was returned to the PFD Division by the U.S. Postal Service?

Contact the Permanent Fund Dividend Division or call the toll-free number at 1-800-733-8813 for assistance. Your dividend will be reissued if you provide a current address.
