Eagle River hockey batters Bartlett
Eagle River made up for lost time on Friday night, ripping Bartlett 8-0 in a Cook Inlet Conference game delayed by a day due to icy weather Thursday.
The Wolves spread the puck around, getting goals from seven different players, including two from Brandon Lajoie. Also finding the net were Sutton and Cam McDonald, Nat Nielsen, Brayden Rachow, Brooks Christian and Ben Rinckey.
Eagle River improved to 7-4-1 in the CIC and can tie Service for second place in the CIC with a win over Chugiak. A loss or tie against the Mustangs would give the Wolves the fourth seed in the playoffs, which begin Monday.
